Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SellHub, operated by SellHub. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

SellHub lets you configure keyword triggers that automatically send text replies to messages and comments on an Instagram professional account you connect.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect and comply with Instagram’s Terms, Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable law.
• You are responsible for the content of your replies. Do not send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Availability

The Service depends on Instagram’s API, whose rules (such as messaging windows) and availability we do not control. We provide the Service “as is” without guarantee that every message will be answered.

4. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta’s policies.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Instagram/Meta changes or outages.

6. Data deletion

In SellHub (fastest)

Log in, open Profile and choose Delete account. Your account, triggers, activity and Instagram connection are erased immediately and permanently.

Option 1: Remove SellHub from Instagram

1. In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or “Business integrations”).
2. Find SellHub and choose Remove.

Instagram notifies us automatically and we immediately delete your Instagram access token, account ID and username.

Option 2: Delete your SellHub account

Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will erase your account, triggers and activity log within 30 days and confirm by email.

7. Subscriptions and payments

SellHub offers a Free plan (up to 3 triggers) and a paid Premium plan (unlimited triggers). Premium is a recurring subscription, billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Except where the law requires otherwise, amounts already paid are not refunded. If your Premium plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan: your triggers are kept, but only the 3 oldest stay active and you cannot add new ones while you are over the limit.
